The practice of yoga allows one to cultivate an environment within which quiets the mind, harmonizes the body, opens the heart and fosters a deep inner stillness. Bringing you in touch with your own inner wisdom and knowing.
I will guide you to open up to the stillness inside as you move mindfully through the yoga poses (asanas). Opening and strengthening your physical and energetic body while releasing areas where stress and tension are held. This creates space in your body and brings you into greater balance and alignment.
Classes are gentle but challenging and guided with an encouraging sense of enthusiasm inviting you to experience a greater awareness and understanding of your self at a physical, mental and energetic level.
The classes are tailored to your personal needs and limited in size. This will allow you to explore, deepen and refine your yoga practice in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
Breathing Techniques (pranayama) and Guided Visualizations, along with Yoga Nidra are integrated into the classes.
