My yoga classes are gentle but challenging. They will invigorate and open your body while creating a calm oasis for your mind and spirit. I guide students to recognize areas in the body where physical and emotional stress and tension are held. By encouraging students to release these areas, they dissolve the holding patterns and bring the body into greater balance and alignment. I guide classes with a gentle enthusiasm helping you to understand and work with your body at an energetic level, supporting you to practice mindfully without judgment, focusing on honoring your “Whole Self”.

The classes are tailored to your personal needs and limited in size. This will allow you to explore, deepen and refine your yoga practice in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
